To use the egg separator, simply crack the egg on the rim and put it inside the separator. Next, gently shake the egg separator in a right to left motion with the mouth tilted slightly down over a bowl. After 4 or 5 motions all of the white should come out of the mouth and the yolk will remain inside the separator. Enjoy!!!
